[3.5] Increasing Racial Spell Resistance?

Are there any feats or items that increase spell resistance if a creature already has natural spell resistance? I'm considering playing a Ghaele Eladrin in an E6 game, and SR 14 at 6th level is still pretty nice, but the more the merrier.

Isn't there a Spell Resistance enchantment to get on armor? I think it eventually gets up to +19 enhancement bonus.

That quality "grants the armor's wearer spell resistance while the armor is worn". Doesn't stack with innate spell resistance, sadly.
