Im in a pathfinder adventure path game, so no utilization of 3.5 content, even if it is compatible.

Now I am used to the 3.5 feats that reduce crafting costs by a bunch, are there any equivalents in straight pathfinder? Any official source, and 3rd party if its on the srd site is allowed.

Are you looking for feats or are you looking for general guidelines for reducing crafting costs?

There is always the Hedge Magician trait (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/traits/magic-traits/hedge-magician)

Failing that I believe there is also the ability to craft items for specific classes, and or races or for particular skills as a way of reducing costs... Let me look and see if I can find this online.

From this thread (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?354991-Ways-to-reduce-crafting-costs-%28including-time%29).

Hedge Magician (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/traits/magic-traits/hedge-magician) (Magic Trait, 5% cost)
Spark of Creation (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/traits/magic-traits/spark-of-creation-magic) (Magic Trait, 5% cost)
Eldritch Smith (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/traits/magic-traits/eldritch-smith) (Magic Trait (Dwarf), 5% cost)
Dusk Agent (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/traits/regional-traits/trait-regional-duskwalker-agent) (Regional Trait, 10% cost, only in hometown, technically 3.5 and censored)

The thread also has some time reducers.

Yeah... but 3 magic traits... so errrm 5% at best, maybe 15% with the dubious dusk agent. Best I could find.

or two of the magic traits reduce by 10%

but you can't take two magic traits, and dusk doesn't seem to work like it was described...

I did found Droskar's Guiding Ring (http://www.archivesofnethys.com/MagicRingsDisplay.aspx?FinalName=Droskar%27s%20Gui ding%20Ring) which does:

any time the wearer crafts a magic item, she may choose to pay half of the item’s construction cost instead of the full cost
50% off!

However, and here is the big catch

there is a 50% chance that the item turns out nonmagical and worthless.

So it doesn't really save money in the long run... :smallconfused:

Even if you could... trait bonuses don't stack with each other. So an Elf for example can't stack Warrior of Old with Reactionary for a +4 bonus to initiative.

Actually that would net you a long term of 75% cost. Half the time you do it at 50%, the other half you try again at 50% meaning you spent 100%.

Long term stats (50%+100%)/2 =75%

The big catch for me is having to serve an EVIL campaign specific god.
