I'm playing a level 15 druid with Abhorrent wild shape and found this level three spell:
Cloak of Khyber(DR337 p59)
<Ill(glamer), VSF(50gp Khyber Dragonshard),
1StdAct, Personal, 1day/lvl>
– Six hours after being cast, the caster’s
becomes protected from the following:
a) Divination effects that determine
alignment; and
b) being recognized as a disguised or
Shapechanging creature by True Seeing.

If I turn into a Will O wisp which has the (Ex) ability:
Natural Invisibility (Ex): A startled or frightened will-o’-wisp can extinguish its glow, effectively becoming invisible as the spell.

Would this effectively give me invisibility from true seeing? Or would I still be visible to true seeing, just as a will o' wisp?

The wisp's invisibility is not immune to True Seeing, so it would be detected. The Cloak of Khyber would only prevent an observer from realizing that you are really a wizard and not a wisp at all.

Trueseeing will still bypass the invisibility, but it will read you as a natural will-o-wisp.
