Lich monk?

Can be any creature that does things with a natural attack but.. When you are a monk does the cool stuff that would happen when a creature attacks with natural attacks stack with it like say if a lich attacks with flurry of blows?

Since in UA they reference a gestalt Cleric/Monk putting Inflict on his unarmed strikes, I'd say they stack.
