OK, this seems viable, but something about it makes me think it may be illegal, so stop me if I'm wrong.
We have a build, let's say Psychic Warrior 4 (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/classes/psychicWarrior.htm), Warmind 10 (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/prestigeClasses/warMind.htm), Fighter 6 (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/classes/fighter.htm).
Relevant feats are Spirited Charge (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/feats.htm#spiritedCharge) (requiring Mounted Combat (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/feats.htm#mountedCombat) and Ride-By Attack (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/feats.htm#rideByAttack)), Power Attack (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/feats.htm#powerAttack), Leap Attack (http://realmshelps.dandello.net/cgi-bin/feats.pl?Leap_Attack,CAd), Shock Trooper (http://realmshelps.dandello.net/cgi-bin/feats.pl?Shock_Trooper,CW), and Deep Impact (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/psionicFeats.htm#deepImpact) (requiring Psionic Weapon (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/psionicFeats.htm#psionicWeapon)).
Relevant power is Psionic Lion's Charge (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/psionicLionsCharge.htm), as well as possibly a few others like Prescience, Offensive (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/prescienceOffensive.htm).
Get ourselves a nice +5 something or other lance and a cool mount, possibly a griffin or something. Train the griffin to make a leaping attack (I am aware that this right here is likely to be one of the major flaws in the plan).
So. Psionic Lion's Charge, Ride-by Attack, full shock-trooper power attack and Deep Impact.
Touch attack at +19 BAB. Full attack on a charge, and pass by so you can do it again next round (though possibly without Deep Impact, although some other feats can help with that).
First pass, assuming everything hits which we're taking as many measures as possible to do, is (1d8+strength modifier+5 for enhancement+19x3 leaping power attack) x 3 for a lance charge x 4 attacks. Is that correct? Because by the looks of it, if you can get it to work you tank just about anything on the first pass, and if it fails and you have another psionic focus (from, say Psycrystal Containment (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/psionicFeats.htm#psicrystalContainment)), you are in position to make another pass and do the exact same thing.
Is that right?
Obviously the build might be made even better, I just picked up Warmind for their full BAB and good power point/power progression. But still, it seems rather excessive, it could kill most great wyrms in a single attack action if it works as it appears to.
