A survey of the multiverse

So I have been thinking of "opening" my campaign to the greater multiverse but can't find a real definitive answer on how to populate it. I know that epic characters are rare and commoners, umm common. But, how rare is rare? So I have come up with a way that I feel will help narrow it down. I will be inputting the data into a spread sheet and tracking it and will give you a tally after a couple of days.

at what level did your games end at, include TPK's? how many games of each have you played? For this exercise it does not matter if its PF or any D20 system with roughly equivalent leveling to 3.X.

a quick reference on categories.

1. E6
2. 1-5
3.6-10
4.11-15
5. 16-20
6. Epic 21-25
7. extreme epic 26-40
8. Demigods 41+
9. Gods and demigods setting or Mythic from PF (or equivalent)

If you can't tell the exact number of games played at the level then just give me a "+" after roughly how many games you played.

Please correct me if I'm reading this wrong, but you want to populate the game universe by surveying other games to see what levels their adventurers were, instead of using the DMG population figures? Is that right?
