Uhm... this seems hilariously broad. "Walking" is a move action. Does that mean that in a city, you are constantly perfectly aware of everyone within 60ft. of you as if you could see them? Constantly, without any action to activate it? This is better than blindsense. Probably better than mindsight, even, and that's very, very hard to get. There are no immunities to it, no ways to avoid it. You are just simply perfectly aware of everything. This seems like something just about every character would take, it's so good.

Well, you have to not be moving. Also, everyone would take it if they could. They need a number of ranks in sense motive and uncanny dodge (or 3 monk levels). Easy to do with the cleric domain that grants uncanny dodge but a lot of characters dump int and sense motive isn't always a class skill. Also, not every DM allows all cleric domains (means you need two levels in rogue). So it's very nice, but it takes a bit of dipping to get to it. The way to avoid it is to wait till the user starts moving if you know they have it. Also, in a crowd if you look inconspicuous (disguise check) it won't matter if they could see you.

This was part of my: Eliminate necessary equipment (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=187851) attempt. It reduces the need for special senses and anti-illusion stuff.
