Are there 3.5 WotC rules for nodachi/odachi?

As the title says, are there 3.5 rules for nodachi/odachi (other than generic greatsword)? If so, what is the source?

Oriental Adventures references the o-dachi and no-dachi quite a few times; however, every time it just says to stat them as a greatsword. That's all I've got.
