Things I can light on Venomfire

I don't think anybody's made at least a basic list of venomfire-compatible summons, familiars, or playable races, and I think I'd like one going into an all-evil campaign solely for the flavor of it. Any suggestions you can make for abusing it would be great.

The Ti-Khana template from, IIRC, Fiend Folio, can be used to make a creature that it can apply to eligible for venomfire. Apply to hydra, venomfire on hydra, hilarity ensues.

Also, venomfire users should always carry metamagic rods of energy substitution. Pretty much a requirement of this concept.

Finally, and I could be wrong here, I once thought of using it on a medusa. In retrospect, that sounds like it won't work, but man, that sure would make the snake-hair really bad*ss.
