The Deathkeep's long policy of isolation ended with its entry into the Gobbo-Dwarven War. Accepting the fact, the undead construct a dark grey building of Gothic architecture midway between the Slums and Courthouse of the town. It is staffed with 400 mindless undead guards, plus the re-animated Dwarven corpses from the war itself. Ra'Tiel and Death Knight Collan both staff the embassy, Ra'Tiel being the official ambassador, Vabrecht being a trade and immigration offical. Unofficially, Ra'Tiel is a drunkardand and Collan handles the majority of both duties.
