does this combo work? since you dont really sheath a chain, can you draw it? im inclined to say it does work, though im having a hard time imagining it (which i realize has no bearing on the RAW).

It works. Just imagine whipping the spiraled cord from your vacuum cleaner off its holster every time, hopefully not shredding your hip in the process in terms of the spiked chain, and you've got about as close of a visual as you're going to see.

Note: it's not practical at all.
