Is there a file or files that has any or all of these things compiled? There are so many friggin books and every book has new classes, prestige classes, yadda yadda yadda. It'd be nice to have it all in one place. I'm sure some gracious soul has gathered this info into a sexy compendium, right?

you are speaking of dndtools.eu my friend. It has just about everything, excepting some select entries.
