To make a long story short, I want to get my Half-Fey Magic-Blooded Shee's (+6 Cha) as high as possible. I'm already going to pick up Unseelie Fey, so thats a dozen less posts. :smalltongue:

How much LA? Pick your favorite undead template, then apply Evolved over and over for +2 Cha and assorted other goodies every time.

What's a Shee, and where's it from?

As for boosting Cha, Necropolitan+Evolved Undead is an infinitely stackable template that give +2 Cha per +1 LA. Unfortunately, combining it with Unseelie Fey and similar is either impossible, or requires much more thorough system mastery than that which I possess.

Third party race. Also, Necropolitian has a requirement of humanoid, and evolved would have too much LA.

Just thought I'd mention them. I have no doubt that, among all of the 3rd party and homebrew stuff out there, I'm sure there's something decently charismatic.

Draconic is another +2 Cha for +1 LA. Primordial Giant is another +4 Cha for 0 LA, but requires tricks to get it onto a nongiant race.

Since template stacking usually nixes other stats in it's war path. An automatic-reset spell trap of Chasing Perfection ( by someone with ability enhancer IIRC ) for +6 enhancement to all ability scores all-day every day. Heck, leadership - artificer that uses the infusion that changes the bonus type to something else. Like, +6 alchemical bonus to cha, + 6 dodge bonus to cha, +6 porn star bonus to cha, etc.
