So, say you have Improved Trip, Improved Grab and Greater Multigrab. In a full round action (say, level 10) can you attack, trip, free attack from trip with an unarmed strike, grapple from said unarmed strike, attack again with +4 attack because foe is considered helpless?

Yes.

In fact you could:
Hit with an unarmed attack (Trigger Improved Grab) that deals 10+ damage (Trigger Knock-down). This is followed with a free trip (Trigger Improved Trip with the latest version of Knock-down) and a free grapple. Improved Trip gives you a free attack (Trigger Improved Grab). Resolve your 2 free grapple attacks.
Then move on to your second attack.

Sidenote: You can even throw in Bullrush if you qualify for the Knockback feat. Although it does not work well with grappling.

2 points:

1) Grappling your opponent does not make him helpless.
2) Once you are grappling, you have to follow the grappling rules for attacking your opponent.

Yes, but you'd be grappling a prone target technically. Plus Multigrab considers you to not be a grappler even though you are grappling the target.

Prone also doesn't make him helpless.

... Being both grappled and prone, though. Since you have a target grappled (who is prone) shouldn't it be considered helpless.

No, it doesn't. They're not in a very good position, but they are still able to attempt escape. Therefore, they're not helpless.

Nope that isn't what helpless means.

If you check out the Pinned condition -- which is more restrictive than grappled, it says they still aren't helpless.

Okay, thank you. That's what I was trying to get at lol. At least one could still do the cool chaining attacks.
