Not sure of this should be here or in homebrew...but...
There was a very well made homebrew Hobgoblin racial paragon class on the web. I'm pretty sure it was from Waking Lands/World of Sulerin, and I'm pretty sure this was the now defunct link: http://www.wakinglands.com/htm_files/paragon_classes_hobgoblin.htm
Can anyone help me find a copy of this class? If the maker of the homebrew visits these forums, can you let me know?
I've tried Wayback Machine and similar without any lu8ck.
I specifically want this version of the Hobgoblin racial paragon, please, and not any others that are out there.
The thing I remember most is that eliminated the -2 to hit penalty from using a tower shield.
