Those who crawl around the interwebs may be familiar with the work of Jonathan Wojcik, also known as Scythemantis or the insidious Bogleech, lover of all creepy crawlies great and small. Every year around Halloween, his birthdate, he releases lots of cool content to celebrate. This year, however, he's pulled out all the stops! This year, we dive into his Noisy Tenant universe headfirst as we guide and follow a young mother seeking to find her son in a health facility I'm pretty sure isn't up to code...if there even IS a code. Bogleech lets the commenters guide our heroine as the voices in her head as she explores this place, interacts with its weird and dangerous inhabitants, and gets into trouble.

A world of dreams and adventures with pathology awaits! (http://www.bogleech.com/awfulhospital/intro.html)

Thought perhaps choosing to ignore us voices wasn't the best idea in this instance...:smalleek:

I've never seen a comic like this. It's like we're watching some sort of choose-your-own-adventure game.

Wait..I haven't gotten to the end yet..IS it such a game, where the readers decide what happens next? I'll have to fast-forward to the end and see.

It is. And it isn't. You'll see as you go along. It gets...weird...

I've never seen a comic like this. It's like we're watching some sort of choose-your-own-adventure game. There's quite a few of them out there. Like GenCrawl (http://wildwestscifi.net/category/gencrawl), which originated on these very forums, and then turned into a whole series of spin-offs/sequels of that type (same link). Or Prequel (http://www.prequeladventure.com/), which is my personal most favourite webcomic (heck, even one of my most favourite stories, period) by far.

This one, however, is really fascinating. Not very far into it just yet, but I love the imagery and the mood it sets. Thanks a lot for sharing it.

Both of which where somewhat inspired by the site MS paint adventures (http://www.mspaintadventures.com/).
(the forums of said site has a sub section (http://mspaforums.com/forumdisplay.php?85-Forum-Adventures) dediated to adventures like that, most of them aren't very good but a few stand out and sometime gain their own wings (Prequel being the most obviou))

Tht one is definitively one of the best i've ever seen though it remains to be seen where it goes from it's very weird premice.

(Y'know considering that this thing is made from her being pushed into a meat grinder, when all's said and done, that sanwich is just going back where it came from, really.)

This is true, but if you've read Bog's previous Halloween event, Burgrr, where these characters came from (except that jerk of a door, he's new), you know that consuming ANYTHING these guys provide is usually a really bad idea. Besides, we don't know what the rest of it's made of! There could be headfriends in it!

I read through it all in one sitting. It's really amazing.

I guess it's really fortunate that, in spite of being so insecure, Dr. Tori appears to be incredibly amazing at her job. :smalleek:

Also, somehow, for all of the gross things that have come up, the thing that disturbs me the most about all of this? It's that, in an environment like this, poor Ms. Green is forced to be walking barefoot. :smalleek:

When she isn't leaving stuff behind by accident, that is.

Thank you this is great. I have long since searched for a comic that would amuse me so. This is great. I love it.

If there's anything this comic has given us, it's BBQ Girl.

If there's anything this comic has given us, it's BBQ Girl.Well, she specifically was around for much longer than that, by my understanding. Burgrr (http://www.burgrr.com/) was something that Bogleech came up with for last Halloween.

Aye, but she got a great deal more development here. In Burgrr we only saw her via the website and a brief hostile encounter for the creepypasta's protagonist.

And I have to say, a lot of the newer characters are much more unnerving! :smalleek:

I only saw the Burgrr website itself, but am unsure where to look for all of the other (and apparently much more unnerving?) material that people in the Awful Hospital comments are hinting at. Is it behind those prize codes? If so, where can I find those?

Bogleech Horror Adventure 2013 (http://bogleech.com/burgrr-walkthrough.html)

If you don't to go through all the effort of copying the prize words into the B'ugrrr website, there is an entry on the Creepy pasta wiki (http://creepypasta.wikia.com/wiki/Burgrr_Entries) wth all the entries
