I need help finding or converting 3,5 monsters into 5e..

As tittle states..

I m going to Dm a new homemade campaign i had prepared last Xmass..
i spent to much time & effort on it, & i don't want to let it dust on a self..

My problem is that i used monster tables from 3,5 and i suppose that now they wont work as scheduled.

So..

Can you find me the stats tables or homebrew the following for me plz? :

Wood Woad (found in MM3 pg.196)
Snow Yeti (found in Frostburn pg.162)
Displacer Beast (found in MM pg.66)
Blink Dog (found in MM pg.28)

These are just for the ACT1 of the campaign.. i hope i ll get the new MM by the time my group reach ACT2

I was about to point out that MM has most of these (some by other names), but then I saw this line. Instead I'll point you to the work of surfarcher, so you can approximate the stats you want. Link. (http://surfarcher.blogspot.com/) He's been analyzing monster stats by CR, so you can just plug in whatever CR you need and between that and the free DM PDF you should have something workable.

Dungeon Master's (http://dnd.wizards.com/articles/features/basicrules) basic rules PDF has the blink dog and a yeti.

Displacer beast I don't think you'll see until you get a Monster Manual. Wood Woads aren't part of the core Monster Manual - maybe you could take the Twig Blight from the basic rules and bump its mental stats a little, maybe give it AC 14 (natural armor), and maybe a 1/day Thorn whip. I forget if Wood Woads are fey or plants, so change it if necessary.

Should be in the CR 1/2 - CR 1 range then.
