Armies and Mercs

Ok, so while planning a Stronghold style campaign ive been looking through a bunch of books and ive realized that while they have prices for normal Mecenaries, thank you AaEG, they dont seem to have a price for non-standard ones. Ie Orges, Trolls, etc. Also i couldnt find prices for a standard soldier, not a merc as they would get payed more, but a soldier in a lords army.

So if anyone knows where i could look thatd be great, or just has a basic reccomendation i can use, as this campaign will be heavily houseruled anyway. Thanks much

Edit: Third party is welcome as is Dragon and i may consider using stuff from PF.
