How do you handle additional arms for a creature that already has four?
That is, if a Thri-Kreen is under the effect of Girallon's Blessing, does he have six arms? What about the Girallon Arms soulmeld?
Because, if that's the case, I have a horrible, wonderful idea for a build.
Thri-Kreen Totemist, focusing on natural attacks.
Get some potions of Girallon's Blessing. Bind Girallon's Arms to totem chakra. Bind Unicorn Horn to brow chakra. Spend a feat and get Thunderstep Boots. Shape them to feet. Bind Sphinx Claws to arms chakra.
Now I get eight claws, a gore, and a bite as a natural attack routine, get additional damage for charging, and can full-attack with any natural weaponry I have at the end of a charge. At ECL 15, which isn't bad.
So, how can I get more natural attacks to add on?
