I really was underwhelemd by that fact. Also that we get told who the demon lords are, but no info on the devil high rankers.

That is honestly a bizarre omission. I'd give both legendary actions if I were gonna use them in campaign. Lair actions, not so much, cause if they're in the material plane, they're outta water, and if you're in the Abyss or the Nine Hells the whole damn plane should have equivalent lair effects.
