Well. Issue 149 onwards got merged into Dungeon #90 onwards, and Dungeon featured 3E content from #82 onwards.

...I have no clue at what point Polyhedron started having 3E content, though. The edition itself got released in 2000, so that's probably where it would first show up?

I think that #144 might be the first 3rd edition issue.

From what I've found you're exactly right about the 3rd ed. materials starting at #144.

Anybody know what issue, if any, they switch to 3.5 materials?

That would be Dungeon #100, which was also Polyhedron #159. Although do note that during Paizo's ownership of the zine Polyhedron was basically just some columns in Dungeon about non-D&D d20 games like d20 Modern and whatnot.
