I remember an article talking about more uses for greater bestow curse, and some of them were really interesting, like gradually changing alignment. I think it was in an issue of Dragon Magazine, but I don't remember which one.

There's one in the Book of Vile Darkness, if memory serves.

It's been a while since I checked, but I believe BoVD only expanded the uses of regular Bestow Curse, but it might have introduced the Greater version of the spell.

EDIT: Looks like the book both introduces and adds new uses to Bestow Greater Curse on top of adding more curses for the regular, lower-level spell. Hopefully, the Dragon magazine has few duplicates.
