Jade pheonix/desert wind

Hey playgrounders!
So, the jade pheonix ability "Arcane Wrath" lets you add +4 and xd10 damage to an attack or martial strike.

So, what about martial strikes where you get to make multiple attacks?
Desert tempest, flashing sun, avalanche of blades and stuff?

How would you run that?

Not sure what you are trying to say, but I would like to point out that the sentence just previous specifically states "As a swift action, you can lose any prepared arcane spell or spell slot to gain a +4 bonus on a single attack or martial strike, as well as an extra 1d10 points of damage per spell level expended". So I'm not quite sure how the sentence you quoted solves the problem.
