Assuming you mean the ACF for warforged artificers it's basically a normal familar, with the only difference being that it's an intelligent weapon instead of an animal. Since it replaces the Retain Essence feature it's not that good a deal imo, especially since the weapon can't move on its own and doesn't get any abilities without further enhancing (at the normal cost).
