Probably an Overdeity, one of those ones that nobody knows about.

Oooh, I bet someone could do a Stealth/Scouting based write-up of it as a Vestige, though.

Making them a Vestige would probably be better; then people who draw on Ceiling Cat's power don't just seem like normal clerics. Potentially grant the benefit of some of the feats and/or spells in this article (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd%2Ffools%2F20030401c)?

Granted domains would include Lust (which amusingly enough grants Scrying).

You know, a Tibbit could arguably use those feats. And if used properly, they're arguably a bit OP.
