Okay, so, here's the deal:
- Am level 5 tiefling blade pact fiend warlock, just hit level 6
- Took a level of fighter for combat style and armor profs
- have Agonizing blast, thirsting blade, and mask of many faces (story purposes)
- 18 dex and 18 charisma
- war caster feat

My big conundrum now is this: TWF, or Dueling?

If I go TWF, I need at least one more feat, if not, I can max dex and cha by level 13.

Dueling is generally considered better, in part because it leaves you capable of having a shield and doesn't eat up your bonus action every round. Especially now that you've picked up Thirsting Blade it's going to have those benefits while losing almost no damage vs the two-weapon style.
