Well lets just say you had four arms, and four off-hand attacks (No vestigial limbs or prehensile tail stuff).
What class suits itself best for a being who can use all four hands to attack or perform other tasks?

The race in question if the Kasatha (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/races/other-races/more-races/advanced-races-11-20-rp/kasatha-20-rp) (CR 1/2) but a 20 on the point system from ARG.
Now it gives a +2 Dodge Bonus and a +2 Racial bonus to Dex and Wisdom.
Always counts as running when performing a jump check
+4 on Con and Fort saves to save against fatigue, exhaustion, and other ill effects from running, forced marches, starvation, thirst, and hot or cold environments
Move through desert environments at full speed even if difficult Terran.
Has Perception and Stealth as Class Skills

Presumably, something that gets its damage from multiple attacks. Rogue, ninja, slayer for SA, or possibly an archer of some stripe. Maybe gunslinger, wielding three weapons and using one hand to reload.

The extra off-hand attacks would also tip the point between two-handing and TWF towards TWF's favour even with smaller extra damage, like from Weapon Specialization and Str/Dex. You could even pull off two-handing one weapon and having two offhand weapons, getting the best of both worlds.

If you have PoW, I'd suggest a crit-fishing stalker.

The Obah-blessed template from Dungeon Magazine 136 pg 60 might be worth looking at to get a character like Spiral going.

-------------------------------------------------

+2 Str, +4 Dex, +2 Con, +4 Cha
one extra pair of arms
multiweapon fighting bonus feat
LA +2

-- or --

+4 Str, +6 Dex, +4 Con, +6 Cha
two extra pairs of arms
multiweapon fighting bonus feat
LA +3

----------------------------------------------------

as far as classes go, 1 level of spiritual lion totem barbarian trades fast movement for the pounce ability, which allows you to make a full attack at the end of a charge

Factotum with iajutsu focus if d&d material is allowed, otherwise sneak attack is your best bet. Had a homebrew race in one of my campaigns where the player went factotum and loved it. The party referred to her character as the blender.

But the Kasatha has no LA or even an increase in CR it is kinda broken that way. Of course if you want a CR.. add Advanced Template and he will be insanely good as a Sacred Fist.

Exotic Weapon Prof: Gnomish Quickrazor and you can do insane amounts of damage.

This would be my suggestion as well. They also have a racial sword that adds +2 to the DC of any injury poison you put on it, which can be pretty nightmarish at low levels.

Any Advice on a Slayer build?
Poison Use as a first Slayer Talent makes sense (Never really used a character who used poison before so no idea how to use it.)

Unfortunately I don't know of any Slayer Handbooks yet. You may want to play something more established like Ninja or Alchemist (Vivisectionist) first. (Bonus points for Vivisectionist - you can grow two more arms for the lulz; though these can't be used to attack, you can use one to hold a shield and the other to drink extracts.)

Using poison is a two-part process - you obtain it and then you apply it. The former isn't hard but for good poison, can be expensive - you basically have to either buy it or make it yourself (using Craft: Alchemy checks.) The latter part is made automatic thanks to your poison use ability.

They also have a racial sword that adds +2Kasatha have support outside ARG? I thought they were just one of the throwaway example races.

Not at all - People of the Stars (http://paizo.com/products/btpy98i4/discuss?Pathfinder-Player-Companion-People-of-the-Stars) has more info on them, and they were reprinted with spiffy new art in Bestiary 4 as well.

Still going to be hard to get to play one, but this might make it a tad easier.

Still getting major Dark Sun/Thri-kreen wibe from their fluff, but that's not a bad thing.

I had fun with an idea for a Kasatha Guntank with a double-barreled shotgun.

Vivisectionist (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/alchemist/archetypes/paizo---alchemist-archetypes/vivisectionist) Alchemist with Feral Mutagen (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/alchemist/discoveries/paizo---alchemist-discoveries/feral-mutagen) would allow you to skip Vestigial Arms entirely and go for a Claw+Claw+Weapon+Weapon+Bite attack routine right from 2nd level, and you'll pile up more weapon iteratives as your BAB increases. Your four arms allow you to take Multi-Weapon Fighting (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/multiweapon-fighting-combat) (cheaper on DEX than TWF) and Multiattack (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/monster-feats/multiattack-combat), then you can start calling yourself General Grievous. Add Hellcat Stealth (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/hellcat-stealth) so you can vanish in plain view and Shadow Strike (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/shadow-strike-combat) so that dim light doesn't prevent your own sneak attacks, pump strength and forego weapon finesse altogether, and you'll be in business in no time.

Take two levels of Alchemist. Your discovery taken is Vestigial Arm. Leave and go to the TWF archetype Fighter. Take your next normal feat as Extra Discovery for another vestigial arm.

Now dual-wield greatswords with two-handed attack bonuses.

Why would he need six arms to do that? Aren't the Vestigial Arms superfluous if he already has four?

I think it was meant for dual wielding and still being able to carry items in the lesser hands.

But I do think 4 is quite enough.
They do have a racial archetype that lets them dual wield bows as a ranger.

Actually I was thinking of just a normal human using said feats to get 4 arms.
