I'm looking for some rough ideas for builds for a couple of recurring villains in my campaign. I don't need a fully fleshed out character(yet), but a couple of suggestions for things like races/classes/spells or powers would be great.

"Aftershock" - some form of earth manipulation and seismic/earthquake related powers/abilities

"Graviton" - the ability to manipulate gravitational forces

I know those are ridiculous and cartoonish, but like I said, it just a 'starter' for me to build some baddies.

Thanks in advance!

Aftershock: Druid, or Earth-focused Wu Jen

Graviton: Psion (Psychokineticist)

You may have to do some serious refluffing:

- Sling-Master: Ever seen Tatakau Shisho: Book of Bantorra? Hamyuts Meseta uses her sling to take out walls, tanks, deflect bullets, and snipe people miles away. To make this work, you'd probably need to exploit some of the weirdness involving clawlocks, Aptitude weapons (Tome of Battle), and ranged combat. I believe it was Piggy Knowles or Snowbluff that came up with this idea (apologies, since I am wrong on one or the other count). Works best with archery, but I think you could shoehorn slings into the concept. Basically, it looks like the eldritch claws power the sling, and allow you to tack eldritch blast damage (and maybe essences) onto the sling damage. In other words, pure undiluted awesome.

- Mindspy: A mindscrew villain. Someone that reads minds, changes opinions, rewrites memories, and otherwise manipulate on a grand scale. Noteworthy mentions (if some are less effective op-wise) are Mindspy (Complete Warrior), Shadowmind (Complete Adventurer), Psibond Agent (Complete Scoundrel or Psionic, can't recall), and Insidious Corrupter (Drow of the Underdark, waive the racial pre-req, since it's stupid). Obviously, psionics, telepaths in particular do this best, but others can manage it, as can creatures with natural manipulative tendencies/SLAs/Su stuff.

- Siren: There's a PrC called this in Savage Species. Optimize it. Use it. Kill many people. Rinse. Repeat.

- SLAAD: Damn, they are fun. As the embodiment of chaos, they get short-shrift in the lore, but they are nonetheless coolness itself. Make an individual slaad. It's a rebel (they are all rebels, duh). It wants (roll d20 day-by-day), and relentlessly pursues goals that are often pointless, futile, or counterproductive with earlier established goals. Sometimes a friends, sometimes a quest-giver, and sometimes found laying its eggs in one of the character's parents (wait, doesn't everyone want to be a slaad?). Need some insanity and obfuscation for a campaign? Then have a BBEG use slaad. They are the ultimate smokescreen, at once random, effective, legion, and implacable. And also seriously underused. For a twist, have one that is less insane (they randomly exist, after all).

You could use Deepstone Sentinel from ToB for this as well. He can manipulate the ground around him, create small earthquakes and just in general be a combat brute without ever twiddling his fingers around to do magic.

"Graviton" - the ability to manipulate gravitational forces
Master of the Unseen Hand from CW can do this to a degree, especially with the suggestions that ShurikVch made. An odd suggestion, but how about Entropomancer? It's signature ability allows his to summon a shard of darkness that at 9th level will pull creatures towards it, easily allowing it to be refluffed as a miniature black hole.

These are good, I hadn't thought about ToB.
