The Grand Staff

Good day all...

I was wondering if anyone here knew anything about The Grand Staff? Apparently it is the most powerful staff ever created, a major artifact from the time of the Imaskar. The Story goes, that Hilather (Halastar Blackcloak) at the end of the God War was imprissoned in the Imaskar Palace Waults with the staff, and apparently also Pandoryms body. My question is simple. Does anyone have any knowledge of ingame whereabouts in year 1372 (forgotten realms 3.x) ish? Does anyone know about any of the staff's powers?

Per Cloak & Dagger p. 30, the Grand Staff was one of the artifacts recovered (and possibly released) by the first incarnation of the Moonstars, so Khelben Blackstaff would almost certainly know where it is or who has it in 1372. Steven Schend gave a short writeup about the Grandstaff over on Candlekeep (http://www.forum.candlekeep.com/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=2803), though it's just a physical description.
