So I found this gem of a short film a little while back. Yes, it's about zombies, but more importantly, it's about fatherhood. Extremely sad and very inventive. I think more people should see it.

And since someone will inevitably bring it up after watching the video ...
... yes, the father's plan would have fallen apart if he'd encountered another zombie or if he had stumbled into a ravine or if the humans who found his little girl weren't willing to take her in. But he didn't have any other options at that point, aside from killing her and then himself.
