I have a friend who's starting a new game, and we're allowed up to +8 in free level adjustment, but no template stacking (or vampire or death knights) are allowed, so I'm basically restricted to one race and one template. My question is, is there any master race list that includes all the races with level adjustment but no racial hit dice?

I know about the Master +0 Race List (http://community.wizards.com/forum/previous-editions-general/threads/1078216) and the LA +1 & LA +2 Player Race List (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?189980-3-5-LA-1-amp-LA-2-Player-Race-List), but I'm looking for a race list that includes races with even higher level adjustments, and am curious as to if anybody knows if any such things exist.

Worth mentioning:

Creatures with 1 or less HD replace their monster levels with their character levels. The monster loses the attack bonus, saving throw bonuses, skills, and feats granted by its 1 monster HD and gains the attack bonus, save bonuses, skills, feats, and other class abilities of a 1st-level character of the appropriate class. Ergo, 1 RHD isn't worse than 0 RHD.

Also worth noting, if someone had several RHD and was energy drained a couple of times by some undead or other, they would only have 1 RHD. Just something for you to think about while writing your character's background.

edit: I'd recommend a Rakshasha (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/rakshasa.htm). After playing pattycake with a vampire, for just +7 LA and no unwanted RHD, you'd gain:

*7 effective levels of sorcerer.
*2 Strength, +4 Dexterity, +6 Constitution, +2 Intelligence, +2 Wisdom, +6 Charisma.
*Base land speed of 40 feet.
*Darkvision out to 60 feet.
*+9 natural armor bonus, and mediocre natural attacks.
*Detect thoughts as an (Su) ability
*Change shape, damage reduction 15/good and piercing, spell resistance equal to 27 + class levels.
*A +4 racial bonus on Bluff and Disguise checks; an additional +4 bluff/disguise via 'detect thoughts,' and +10 to disguise via change shape.
*The languages: infernal, sylvan, and undercommon.

And you'd have 1 LA to spare for a template.
