Commit to Memory (1): If you prepare your spells, you may prepare your favored spell without having it in writing, as per Spell Mastery.

Fast Cast (1): If you are a spontaneous caster, you may apply metamagics to your favored spell without increasing the casting time.

Favored Spell Expert (1): You gain a +4 bonus to Spellcraft checks involving your favored spell. You immediately identify your favored spell as it is being cast, when you spot its effects, or when you detect its aura (even as part of a magic item requiring your favored spell as an ingredient).

Specialize X (1, 2, 3): At each level, you gain the listed caster level bonus to your favored spell.

Extra Favored Slot (2): You gain one additional spell slot of your favored spell's level. This slot may only be used for casting your favored spell. If you can cast your spell from multiple lists, you only get one extra slot to one spellcasting list. You may change it when you refresh your spells for the day.

Greater Casting (2): Your favored spell gets a +2 bonus to its DC and a +2 bonus to caster level checks to overcome spell resistance.

Sudden Metamagic (3): Twice per day on different rounds, you may choose one metamagic you have with a spell level increase of zero or one. You cast that spell with the chosen metamagic applied, in addition to any others it may have.

Spontaneous Conversion (3): You may expend a number of spells with a total spell level equal to or greater than your favored spell in order to cast your favored spell.

It seems a bit week, there are classes that do much of what this one does, and for three levels I would rather take Master Specialist(improves a whole school, greater effects, easier prereqs). Maybe you should up the ablities to really give much more powerful abilities, or disadvantages when the spell is used against you.

K. I thought it might be too weak as well. Where is the Master Specialist? And how do I edit a table without having it turn into "|" with words instead of an actual table?

Effortless Casting (2): You may automatically remove the verbal or somatic components of your favored spell as you cast it. Bards must keep the somatic component, as well as any other spellcaster class which requires a certain spellcasting component by theme or mechanics. You gain a +4 bonus to Concentration checks while casting your favored spell.

Favored Dueling (2): You receive a +4 bonus to counter your favored spell or to prevent someone else from countering yours. If takes a spell of at least one level higher to counter your favored spell, to a maximum of 9th level.

Metamagic Empowerment (3): Spell level increases due to metamagic increase the effective spell level of your chosen spell for the purpose of determining caster level. Sudden Metamagic (listed here) and Sudden metamagics (CArc) are applied, to a maximum of 9th level.

Swift Casting (3): Once per day, you may cast your favored spell as a swift action.

The abilities all look pretty good, so thats fine.
Just click edit, and change what you want. There shouldn't be a problem(while in edit, the format reverts to code, but it should change back when you click save). As for the Master specialist, its a 10th level prestige class available at level 3 to specialist wizards. Actually, that gives me an idea. You should make this a 3rd level class, with the same requirements, but skill ranks down to 5. Its still feat intensive, but gives it earlier.

That seems like a good idea. I've changed it so that it can be attained at level 3. I was sort of going for that 3-level easy in and easy out PrC, like the death warrior in Libris Mortis. Though that class was a little too underpowered for my taste.
