This is my first time homebrewing a class, so please PEACH.

To many, the gods are the forces of creation, as eternal as the planes. To others, they are merely powerful beings, to be feared and respected but not necessarily worshiped. To others, though, gods are just pools of power.

Weapon Proficiency: The pantheon is proficient with all simple and martial weapons, as well as light and medium armor, but not with any shields.

Spells: The pantheon gains access to spells and bonus spells with a high Wisdom modifier as a cleric would. However they do not get bonus domain spells (for obvious reasons), and cannot spontaneously cast healing spells. The pantheon chooses spells from any domain.

Turn/Rebuke Favored Type: At 1st level, the pantheon chooses a favored enemy type. The pantheon can turn/rebuke a creature with their favored type as a cleric would to undead. A panthon cannot choose to rebuke/turn humanoids, monstrous humanoids, or giants. A pantheon can turn/rebuke a number of times per day equal to 3 + their Charisma modifier. 5 or more ranks in Knowledge (religion) gets a pantheon a +2 bonus to turn/rebuke checks.

Domain Power: At 1st level, the pantheon gains granted powers of one domain per day. When preparing spells, a pantheon may change this domain. If the chosen domain power grants turning or rebuking to the pantheon's favored type, it instead grants a +2 bonus to turn/rebuke checks. The pantheon can choose an additional domain at 4th level and every 4 levels afterwards.

Bonus Feats: The pantheon may choose a fighter bonus feat or a metamagic feat every 3 levels.

Retraining: With an hour of practice, the pantheon may retrain weapon-specific feats.

So there you have it. I'm really not sure about it. What do you think?

Some thoughts:

Is this a Pathfinder class, or a 3.5 class? If it's PF, it's way too strong; domain granted powers are pretty great in PF.

You should probably provide a table for their spells/day, so that we have all of it here. Even if it is just a copy of the Cleric's table, it should be present.

Full cleric casting, ten rearrangeable bonus feats, six rearrangeable domain powers, two good saves, 6+int skills, and full BAB is a bit much for any one class to have. I would recommend the following:

Changing spells/day to a slower progression, a la the Warpriest (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/hybrid-classes/warpriest) (they're a prepared caster with up to sixth-level spells)
Reducing the bonus feat progression to 1st, 4th, 7th, 10th, 13th, 16th, and 19th levels
Reducing the BAB to medium
Reducing skill points to 4+Int
Requiring that the domain granted powers be drawn from domains offered by their pantheon, and require them to choose a pantheon when they take their first level in the class (e.g. Olympian pantheon, Egyptian pantheon, Babylonian pantheon, etc). I like the domain-shuffling, though so that should stay in.

If you do this, they should also get some other abilities – maybe once they hit the middle/higher levels they can start preparing domain spells in their normal spell slots?

As for the turn/rebuke favored enemy, I'm not sure where that fits in the fluff. Also, rebuke (humans)? No. I would strongly recommend changing this such that humanoids (and possibly monstrous humanoids and giants as well) cannot be chosen as favored enemies. And is there any reason that the uses/day is based off Wisdom rather than the normal Charisma?

All in all, I really like the concept. Domain granted powers are hella fun to play around with, and shuffling them around is a nice basis for a character. However, as it is it's a bit too strong of a chassis and it doesn't actually get any new (non-progressing) class features after 1st level.

Thanks for your suggestions! Like I said, this is my first time doing any serious homebrewing, so your input is really helpful. Maybe I wasn't clear, the pantheon's spell list is made up of domain spells; progression wise I don't want to cut out 7-9th level spells. I don't really know what to add to the class besides more feats and more domain powers, either. Any suggestions?

EDIT: Wait! What if the spell progression is as the Warpriest, but to make 7-9th level spells available, add a new class feature. Something along the lines of you get those spells for the domains you have selected. Hmm...

Another suggestion: Add a noun to their name after "Pantheon" so the class can be distinguished easily from the term for a group of gods. Maybe Pantheon Disciple?

Regarding domains: Perhaps they could gain a domain's granted powers before gaining access to its spells?

Regarding spellcasting: Ah, didn't realize they had the limited spell list. They'll definitely work as a full caster then. It certainly weakens their casting ability; however, it might still be good to reduce their spells/day.

Suggested revision, after more thought:

Hit Die: d8
Skill Points per Level: 4+Int
Weapon and Armor Proficiency: All simple weapons, light armor, no shields.

Domain Granted Powers: Whenever you prepare spells, choose the specified number of domains from those offered by the deities in the chosen pantheon. You gain the granted powers of those domains. You cannot choose alignment domains of alignments opposed to your own (for example, a Good-aligned Pantheon Disciple cannot choose the Evil domain).

Domain Spell Access: Whenever you prepare spells, choose the specified number of domains from among those chosen for your Domain Granted Powers ability. You may prepare spells from the domain spell lists for those domains.

Spellcasting: Bonus spells are calculated based on Wisdom, save DCs are calculated based on Charisma. No spell failure chance for armor, because the Pantheon Disciple is a divine spellcaster.

Energy Channeling (Su): A Pantheon Disciple may draw on the power of their patrons to channel energy, but not in the same way a Cleric or Paladin does. They may use Energy Channeling a number of times per day equal to 3+the Pantheon Disciple's Charisma modifier. Taking the Extra Turning feat increases the number of daily uses by four; any other effect or item that would grant additional turn or rebuke attempts also grants additional Energy Channeling uses. Energy Channeling may be used to activate divine feats and/or items that require the expenditure of a turn or rebuke attempt, but may not be used to actually turn or rebuke undead.

Bonus Feat: At 1st, 5th, 9th, 13th, and 17th levels, a Pantheon Disciple gains a bonus metamagic feat, domain feat, or divine feat. They must meet all prerequisites for feats they select.

Trigger Domain Power (Su): Starting at third level, a Pantheon Disciple can call upon the gifts of their chosen pantheon's deities more often than most other followers. Once per day, they may choose a domain granted power that is itself usable a certain number of times per day (such as the Luck domain's re-roll); the chosen ability may be used an additional time that day. Abilities that have already been used may be chosen, as may abilities that have not yet been used. Continuous effects (such as the Celerity domain's speed increase) may not be chosen for this ability. The Pantheon Disciple gains one additional daily use of this ability at 7th, 11th, 15th, and 19th levels.
