Simple question, does anything happen if a druid was in the shape of a bird and flew into an antimagic field?

Yes. Wildshape is a supernatural ability, so it deactivates.

Yes and yes. Antimagic field suppresses wild shape, but does not dispel it, so the ability would turn back on after he leaves the field.
