(Pathfinder) An Arcanist as the party face?

So after fiddling with some wizard, sorceror, and bard builds, I had a thought. Could an arcanist be an effective party face? I feel like with how many exploits roll off of CHA, it would be reasonable to turn an arcanist into a very well rounded party face.

How would you build this? Thoughts? Ideas?

For the sake of structure: if you actually feel like building this out, let's say level 16 for the lulz?

Only the relatively weak Arcanist exploits use Charisma, I think most people are still going to dump it.

Any INT focused character can act as a face using the philosophy trait to get most of the functions of diplomacy and bluff keyed off intelligence. Doesn't help feinting or gather info checks, but it's a good chunk of the way there.
