I am new here, and relatively new to the role as GM and completely new to the anima system. So I was hoping to get some imput from ppl that have more experience in the area.

My players will be jumping between Gaia and the world before humanitys slate was wiped clean
and I was wondering if someone with more experience than I could have a look at the modefied rules I made for firearms and see if they would actullay work.

Requirement to dodge bullets, Inhuman Dificulty, otherwise impossible

I'm not really that good balancing stuff, so I won't directly comment on your ideas, but I suggest you to look into the Dominus Exxet and specifically the Leo Ars Magnum and the Gunslinger technique tree, they are gun based so you can compare your ideas against them.
