Suggest me a template

I need a template to represent half-dragons or dragonspawn for my upcoming campaign. These are going to be primarily orcs, with some stat boosts to give them a draconic flavour. I don't like the half-dragon template from the Bestiary though, because I don't want them all to have wings.
Any sugestions?

Convert the template from 3.5, then. It doesn't grant wings to anything medium or smaller. Or convert Draconic (from Draconomicon) if you want a lower power level.
