Trying to come up with a semi viable build for an awakened Elven Hound, and I was wondering what other people might think would be interesting to build one as. As of right now I've only been thinking of a 1 level dip barbarian for pounce then going full on into hexblade, the other idea was possibly giving warlock a chance for the first time, though I'm not sure how well warlocks were done in 3.5, (Most of my d&d experience at the moment is with 4e.)
On a related note, Do you think it would be possible to convince a dm to let the hound's bite attack count as an unarmed strike for purposes of wanting to do an unarmed sword sage?
