Base Class Challenge XXIV Voting Thread

Welcome to the voting thread for Base Class Challenge XXIV, Will Breed for Class (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?367155-Base-Class-Contest-XXIV-Will-Breed-for-Class)! Voting will consist of each voter giving a first, second, and third place vote for three separate base classes. Anyone can vote.

A first place vote is worth three points, a second place vote is worth two points, and a third place vote is worth one point. You may not vote for your own class.

You are encouraged to include reason with your votes, though this is not absolutely required.

The class that ends up with the most points wins the challenge contest. Voting starts now and will continue until 23:59 (Central Standard Time USA/Canada; GMT-6) on October 24th.

1) Draconic Warlord: I just have a thing for minion based classes, well done and the mechanics of the class just feels right. I do like how he summons monsters rather than just kobolds or minions with class levels.

2) Draconic Warlord Like the idea, but I'm always wary about leadership-esque things and some of these might push it in there.

Edit: Sorry, missed the deadline. Congrats to the winners, too bad I didn't take the time to vote earlier.

By the way I should mention that there is a mistake in the table: the Cyber Dragonkin didn't get any vote yet (unfortunately).

My choice (which was mostly based on whether I like the fluff, I admit):
1)Draconic Warlord: Good fluff, and the class mechanics kinda work, though it is admittedly stronger than many other combat classes (but not ToB classes).
2)Dragon Hunter: Moderately good fluff, but this class is obviously stronger than even other maneuver-using classes. It gets better disciplines than the swordsage (with the exception of Breath of Fire, which is not likely to see play, since the class only gives a breath weapon at level 20) and more maneuvers than the warblade, which could be a problem if it was used in play.
3)Dragon Priest: This was a tough choice, but I decided that, of the other classes I could vote for, this one had the most original fluff, even though it lacks polishing in many regards. Still, it makes me feel bitter that, given the broad subject we had as a base, none of the other classes met up to my standards, for various reasons.
