Assume the PC has a BAB of +6/+1.

Can a PC hammer and piton an ogre on his first attack (at +6 bonus), climb up to his shoulders and then leap attack the evil caster behind him on his second attack at the round (at +1 bonus), swinging his one handed war hammer with both hands?

Rule of cool says yes. But actually???

As I've just learned, you're making this touch attack on the ogre only as a standard action, not as a normal attack action that can be used in a full attack. Unfortunately, you'd have to wait until your next turn in order to leap attack to the caster behind the ogre.

yes as a factotum 8/warblade 1

you move up to the ogre, (move action)
hammer in a piton (standard action)
use the warblades tiger claw manouver sudden leap to jump as a free action, this allows you to jump off to attack the wizard (swift action)
spend 3 inspiration points to gain a standard action and attack (2nd standard)
you could then spend a further 3 to gain a third etc.
