#423, last panel - clue or klunker?

In the last panel of #423, Redcloak's amulet is black. Last time it was black was #376. And in #424+, it's white again. Is that an error or a clue?:smallconfused:

NB: I've purposely not spoilered the title, just in case it is a blooper. It could be; after all Rich has yet to correct the wording in the second balloon of #418: "...All have launched save this one this Lord Hinjo."

And I'm sure The Giant uses us to provide free proof-reading.:smallbiggrin:

I've been assuming it's just a mistake.

It's entirely possible that he turns black when he's being deceptive.

Of course, it could be a mistake, which it most likely is.
