Im currently on my third playthrough of Dishonored and im curious if anyone knows of a setting that is kinda similar, or am i gonna have to homebrew something up? I have Steamcraft and Sorcery so ive got some basic rules for guns, im just curious if there is something more in-depth.

The Iron Kingdoms (d20 compatible) setting seems fairly reminiscent of Dishonored. It has rudimentary firearms, steampunk construct mechanisms, and is otherwise pretty similar to most average D&D settings. Maybe not an exact match, but a good start at least.

Normal D&D-levels of magic as far as I remember.
