Exalted Insight: Every time you gain a level of this class, you may select two spells described in the Book of Exalted Deeds and add them to your list of spells known. You may always select Sanctified Spells, however:

If you are adding spells to the Cleric, Druid, Paladin, or Ranger lists, the spells must come from the matching class list.
If you are adding spells to the Bard list, spells can come from either the Bard or Sorcerer/Wizard lists, taking whichever version is lower level if there is a disagreement.
If you are adding spells to the list of a different arcane caster, select your spells from the Sorcerer/Wizard list.
If you are adding spells to the list of a different divine caster, select your spells from the Druid list.

Positive Spirit (Su): Beginning at 1st level, an exalted arcanist gains resistance to negative energy equal to five times his exalted arcanist level.

Spells per Day/Spells Known: At each exalted arcanist level except for 1st and 5th, the character gains new spells per day and spells known as if he had also gained a level in a spellcasting class to which he belonged before adding the prestige class level. He does not, however, gain any other benefit a character of that class would have gained (bardic music abilities, improved familiar abilities, and so on), though he does retain the ability to exchange spells known with every even-numbered equivalent sorcerer or bard level. If the character had more than one spellcasting class before becoming an exalted arcanist, he must decide to which class he adds each exalted arcanist level for the purpose of determining spells per day and spells known.

Positive Conversion (Su): Beginning at 2nd level, an Exalted Mystic may convert magic into pure positive energy. As a standard action, he may expend a spell slot and fire a bolt of pure positive energy out to a range of 100 feet, plus 10 feet per Exalted Mystic level. This bolt heals living targets for 10 damage per level of the expended spell slot, and damages undead for the same amount. A ranged touch attack is required to strike an unwilling target.

Perfect Consecration (Ex): Beginning at 3rd level, an Exalted Mystic may apply the Consecrate Spell metamagic feat to his spells without increase their casting time or effective spell level.

Bonus Feat: At 4th level, and again at 8th level, an Exalted Mystic may select a bonus Exalted, Divine, or Metamagic feat, or any feat which requires a Good alignment.

Turn Undead (Su): Beginning at 5th level, an Exalted Mystic gains the ability to Turn Undead, as a cleric, with an effective turning level is equal to twice his Exalted Mystic level. If he already possessed the ability to Turn Undead from another class, the two classes stack to determine turning level.

Perfect Purification (Ex): Beginning at 6th level, an Exalted Mystic may apply the Purify Spell metamagic feat to his spells without increase their casting time or effective spell level.

Fast Conversion (Su): Beginning at 7th level, an Exalted Mystic may use his Positive Conversion ability as a swift action. In addition, the bolt now heals living targets for 20 damage per level of the expended spell slot, and damages undead for the same amount.

Perfect Sanctification (Ex): Beginning at 9th level, when apply metamagic feats to Sanctified Spells, an Exalted Mystic does not increase their casting time, and the spell uses a spell slot one level lower than normal for the applied metamagic feat, to a minimum of one level higher than a spell's normal level.

Sanctified Master (Ex): Beginning at 10th level, an Exalted Mystic no longer needs to pay the Sacrifice when casting Sancified Spells.

Vile Mystic

Requirements: To become a Vile Mystic, a character must fulfill all the following criteria:

Alignment: Any Evil
Skills: Knowledge (arcana) 5 ranks, Knowledge (religion) 5 ranks.
Feats: Corrupt Spell, Spell Focus (Evil)
Special: Caster Level 5

Vile Insight: Every time you gain a level of this class, you may select two spells described in the Book of Vile Darkness and add them to your list of spells known. You may always select Corrupt Spells, however:

If you are adding spells to the Cleric, Druid, or Ranger lists, the spells must come from the matching class list.
If you are adding spells to the Bard list, spells can come from either the Bard or Sorcerer/Wizard lists, taking whichever version is lower level if there is a disagreement.

Negative Spirit (Su): Beginning at 1st level, a vile arcanist gains Tomb-Tainted Soul as a bonus feat. If he already possessed the feat, he instead gains either Tomb-Born Fortitude, Tomb-Born Resilience, or Tomb-Born Vitality (his choice)

Spells per Day/Spells Known: At each vile arcanist level except for 1st and 5th, the character gains new spells per day and spells known as if he had also gained a level in a spellcasting class to which he belonged before adding the prestige class level. He does not, however, gain any other benefit a character of that class would have gained (bardic music abilities, improved familiar abilities, and so on), though he does retain the ability to exchange spells known with every even-numbered equivalent sorcerer or bard level. If the character had more than one spellcasting class before becoming an vile arcanist, he must decide to which class he adds each vile arcanist level for the purpose of determining spells per day and spells known.

Negative Conversion (Su): Beginning at 2nd level, a Vile Mystic may convert magic into pure negative energy. As a standard action, he may expend a spell slot and fire a bolt of pure negative energy out to a range of 100 feet, plus 10 feet per Vile Mystic level. This bolt deals 10 damage per level of the expended spell slot, and heals undead for the same amount. A ranged touch attack is required to strike an unwilling target.

Perfect Corruption (Ex): Beginning at 3rd level, a Vile Mystic may apply the Corrupt Spell metamagic feat to his spells without increase their casting time or effective spell level.

Rebuke Undead (Su): Beginning at 5th level, a Vile Mystic gains the ability to Rebuke Undead, as a cleric, with an effective turning level is equal to twice his Vile Mystic level. If he already possessed the ability to Rebuke Undead from another class, the two classes stack to determine turning level.

Heinous Spell (Ex): Beginning at 6th level, a Vile Mystic may convert any spell he casts to a Heinous Spell. A Heinous Spell gains the evil descriptor. Furthermore, if the spell deals damage, neutral creatures take half damage, or one-quarter with a successful saving throw (if allowed), while evil creatures take no damage at all. Good outsiders affected by the spell take extra damage: The spell's damage is increased by one die type (each 1d6 becomes 1d8, each 1d8 becomes 2d6, and so on, using the same progression as weapons increasing in size).

Fast Conversion (Su): Beginning at 7th level, a Vile Mystic may use his Negative Conversion ability as a swift action. In addition, the bolt now deals 20 damage per level of the expended spell slot, and heals undead for the same amount.

Perfect Corruption (Ex): Beginning at 9th level, when apply metamagic feats to Corrupt Spells, a Vile Mystic does not increase their casting time, and the spell uses a spell slot one level lower than normal for the applied metamagic feat, to a minimum of one level higher than a spell's normal level.

Master of Corruption (Ex): Beginning at 10th level, a Vile Mystic no longer needs to pay the Corruption Cost when casting Corrupt Spells.

You are awesome, I have no complaints with these PrCs.

Though a small note on Vile Mystic, I might suggest marking Paladin from mention. Reasonably a Paladin would be unable to take any levels in Vile Mystic... and I am pretty sure, at least I hope, Paladins do not gain any spells from the Book of Vile Deeds.

If I am wrong, well my apologies.
