Hazama Build

Anyone know how someone who make a character like Hazama from blazblue, it can be up to eighth level with Dreamscarred Press content allowed though I'm not sure how much that'd help. Trait rules are being used.

First thing that comes to mind is a Harbinger, maybe with one of its disciplines traded out for Black Seraph. Either a Ghost (with a conductive (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items/magic-weapons/magic-weapon-special-abilities/conductive) weapon so you can channel Draining Touch through it) or the Umbral Blade PrC.

And don't forget the Antagonize (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/antagonize) feat. :smalltongue:

Ok, so harbinger, ghost, and antagonize sounds right, but how would I do the main hazama things like swinging around? Harbingers can fly and teleport and stuff, but not exactly what I'm looking for when it comes to movement.
