The blinkee's class skills are as follows: Concentration (Con), Craft (Int), Decipher Script (Int), Hide (Dex), Intimidate(cha), Knowledge (arcana) (Int), Sense Motive (Wis), Spellcraft (Int), and Spot (Wis).

Class Features

All of the following are features of the fblinkee prestige class.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency
Blinkees gain no profiency with any weapons or armor

Blink (Su)
A blinkee can use blink as the spell (caster level equal to blinkee level). This effect lasts a round of rounds per day equal to twice her blinkee levels. The duration of the blink effect need not be consecutive rounds.

Dimension Door (Sp)
At the 2nd level. A blinkee can teleport, as dimension door (caster level equal to blinkee level), once per day as a spell like abilty. The ability affects only the blinkee, which never appears within a solid object.

At the 5th level, a blinkee can teleport twice a day and three times a day at 8th level.

No Anchor (Su)
At the 4th level, A blinkee can use his Blink and Dimension Door class features even when under the effect of a dimension anchor or a similiar effect. This does not effect these spells if casted as normal spells or from features from other classes.

Blink Talk (Ex)
At the 6th level, a blinkee learns the languag of the blink dogs.

Dimensional Magnet (Su)
Creatures within 10 feet of the blinkee of the 7th level or higher have a 50% chance of failing a spell that allow dimension travel. Forms of movement effected include astral projection, blink, dimension door, ethereal jaunt, etherealness, gate, maze, plane shift, shadow walk, teleport, and similar spell-like or psionic abilities. The blinkee can surpress this effect as a free action.

Blinking Timing (Ex)
At the 9th level, a blinkee learns the timing of his blinks. She no longer suffers the risk of going ethereal just as you are about to cast a spell or just as you are about to strike and loses the 20% miss chance for both actions. She can also move at her full speed by running faster only when in the Material plane.

Dunno, it seems a nice idea. Maybe a bit underpowered, but i can't point out what you should change.

Great idea, I could see a lot of use for a guy with this...

Seems to be a bit of an anti-mage class, actually.

Fighter BAB and HP, a chance at spoiling the mage trying to Teleport out of range, the ability to ignore things like Dimensional Locks, teleporation to close, and so forth.

And it can be done by an Int-10 Fighter.
