need help

Ok, so I am playing in a level 6 Gladiator campaign and need help picking a class. My race is Pixie (Monster Manual 1). My stats are as follows:
Stats on Tinkerbell:
Str 10
Dex 28
Con 19
Int 19
Wis 21
Cha 23

Now, which class would be better to take: Warlock 2 or Incarnate 2?
Oh, and I am allowed 1 flaw.

With Dexterity and Charisma that high? Warlock.

Definitely Warlock, and pick up Practiced Caster, which should bring the effective level of your EB to level 6, as the Warlock's creator said it should work. Then go invisible, pick Eldritch Spear, and shoot your enemies far above them.

I know is kinda silly to add Unseelie Fey to a melee warlock. BUT! with that charisma score Winter Chill aura on a save based warlock will do wonders e.e

Unseelie Fey is a template from Dragon Magazine 304#. The inputs a penalty on saving throws equal to your Charisma modifier agianst adjacent foes.
