So I have a set of two Boneclaw guards for my players to fight, I'm doing one as a Warder/Idunno for lockdown, and the other a Telflammar chainpounce.
I have 13 feats to pick, currently have the Twf line, and simple things like Combat Reflexes.
What are some ideal feats?

Large and in Charge
nice with good reach and combat reflexes
( Draconomicon, p. 71)
Knowledge Devotion
+hit & dmg vs humanoids for example.
( Complete Champion, p. 60)
Animal Devotion
Strength bonus
( Complete Champion, p. 54)
Rapidstrike & Improved Rapidstrike
More attacks
( Draconomicon, p. 70&73)
Willing Deformity & Deformity (Tall)
More Reach
( Heroes of Horror, p. 121&125)

Do Rapidstrike and TWF work together, Or should I switch them out?

switch them out, TWF is for weapons. Rapidstrike is for natural weapons

Depending on how they got into Telflammar, Quicken Spell-Like Ability or quicken spell might be worth it.

So my Feat list currently is:
Combat Reflexes, Improved Initiative, Improved Natural Attack (clawx3), Power Attack, Perfect, Greater, and Improved Rapidstrike, Dodge, Mobility, Spring Attack, Darkstalker, and 13 more.

Large and in charge looks great though.

I'm really just looking for feats to make it harder to kill. Harder to find, Harder to hurt.

Use Expeditious Dodge instead of Dodge. Because of how it's phrased, it doesn't care if you teleport or walk the distance.

I'm assuming your use of warder makes this a 3.P game, so the Dimensional Dervish feat chain is applicable.

Tapestry Traveler (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/tapestry-traveler) could be helpful.

Sun School requires monk levels (at least one) but is actually pretty awesome.

Dimensional Jaunt requires 4th level spells (so you have to get casting from somewhere other than Telflammar, unless you count SLAs from Shadow Walker), but is basically infinite short-range DDoor.

Mastery of the Silver Void (PGtE) is better than Quicken in this case.

Expeditious Dodge it is!
Less 3.P and more 3.PoW
Path of War is the only thing we've backported.

Improved Toughness is good.
Also if the boneclaw's were created on desecrated ground they have +2 HP pr HD

also charisma boosting items/spells
