5e planar races/player races

Hi, I'm looking for 5e stats for different planar races that are also "classic" player races. For example: Aasimar, Bariaur, Genasi, Githzerai, Modron.

Any tips?

I would just give +2 to the their top stat, and +1 to a secondary, then give the bonus characteristics of the race. (thats pretty much how the phb handles it)
