Transition from e6 to d&d

my group wants to resume leveling after playing around with their bonus feats. How will the yameplay change when the PC gets higher levels packing a dozen or so bonus feats? I got the spread from t1 to t4 classes.

The higher the level gets, the less it'll matter. I'd stick with the +1 ECL per 5 feats that E6 recommends to start, but have the number of feats that equals 1 ECL drop as you push on, until eventually it falls off altogether.
