I constantly see references to the Red Hand of Doom and Hobgoblins (or kobolds?) using grapple and aid another to swarm a party and perform a take down.... or something like that.
However, I can't quite see what they are talking about, I guess I am missing something.
Can anyone provide me with the basics?
Also, it looks like that unless you have a lot of mooks, grappling isn't an effective tool against PC's except in very special circumstances, as it leaves the grappler open to attack from the rest of the party....
